'... I was so lucky that day'

      I am a well-known and senior policeman at my state. Everyone respect and love me as I always help them to catch thieves. People usually called me Encik Polis. I do not know why they call me that but I love it. I feel special.

      Every single day, my schedule is full with works. I give 100 percent commitment when I am working. My friends know that I am a hard-working policeman. Our boss also notice that. One day,he called me and gave me holidays for a week. I felt blessed and suprised. Thank you boss!

      I decided to go to Pulau Perhentian with my family member. In my mind, I just want to enjoy the week without thinking about work. We stayed at five stars resort and it was so comfortable. We just took a rest and enjoyed the breath-taking scenery from our room at the first day. Driving for five hours just made my eyes can not see anything except bed. I just want to rest and relax. My children asked a permission to go to  the beach but I promised to bring them tomorrow. They looked over over the moon and there's a smile in my wife's face. She was excited too.

      The next morning after performing our fajr prayer and without taking our breakfast, we went to the beach. I can feel the excitement. We had made an early preparation. We had prepared all the things needed at the night before. My wife was holding a basket fulled of food and snack while my children were holding their things like short, swimsuit and a pail to build sand-castle. And I as a gentleman was holding a map.

      Our first step on the beach just like our first step to paradise. It was so calm and serene. All of us just think want to enjoy that day. My beloved wife, Anna put the map under a shady tree. Our children, Kamil, Rasyid, and Hanif were building sand-castle. I just lying on the map while enjoying one in million scenery. I thanked to God for giving me this opportunity to see this beautiful scenery before my last breath. Oh, I was so lucky.

      Ten munites passed. I open my eyes and saw the sunrise. I will die with this beautiful scenery! I quickly took my phone and snapped it, go to setting and set it as my new lock screen.After watching the very beautiful scenery, I decided to swim. Although I am not really good im swimming but I wanted to have a try. I could feel the cool of the water and I kept swimming. I just did not noticed that I had passed the red area. Out of the blue, a very big wave came.

      I can not see anything. I felt so nervous. I shouted, shouted, and shouted hoping that people can hear and help me. I can see someone reflection on the water. It was pulling me to the bank. And when I opened my eyes, I can see my wife and children. I asked them who saved me and my children were staring ath their mothor. It was a miracle that my wife saved me. Oh, I forgot something. My wife is swimming teacher.

      I thanked her and gave a huge and warm hug. I was so lucky that day.
