Informal letter: Tips or advice for examination

Assalamualaikum...

Today, I am glad to share w/ my readers (do i have?) a letter using some idioms :) Have fun :))!!

Write a letter to your friend, giving her/him tips on how to study effectively.



Dear Sabihah,

      How are you? I hope you and your are in the pink of health. I am pleased to share with you some tips to face examination and on how to study effectively. (Just a simple intro)

     First and foremost, please do not be so afraid because fear can make you down. You have to study or answer the questions in a relax mood. Besides, you have to listen intently when your teacher is teaching. At home, during the passtime, I am advicing you to read books but do not read the fun magazine. Later, you are advised to make short notes as the revision. You can read the notes when examination just around the corner.

      Furthermore, to make your notes look interesting, you must draw the mind maps or flow charts beautifully. These will make you always want to read the notes. I am sure that you are already have a study scedule, so you must follow the schedule and be a discipline girl! Remember that intellectual said, procarastination is the thief of time, so you have to manage your time wisely.

      My next advice is, practise model test papers as a preparation to face examination because practises make perfect. Makes it as your new hobby and remember that a stitch in time saves hine. Do not makes revision or study in last minutes. Then, to make you more concetrate, you have to study in a quiet place and try to avoid from study in a noisy place. When you are study, please sit at table, do not on the bed because I am sure that you will feel asleep after that.

      In a nut shell, you have to prepare earlier for PT3 because opportunity seldom knock while. When you have passtime, please do something that valueables and you can make hay while the sun shines. You have to sleep early as you must get an enough rest and never burn the mid night oil.
